How we handle your data
Last updated 3 August 2026
This policy explains what data JeNeFa AdVenture (trading as Simplifyed) collects, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Data we collect
- Account and billing details — name, email, phone number, and billing address.
- Enquiry data — what you send us through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp, and the page you sent it from.
- Assistant conversations — the messages you send to SIA, the Simplifyed Intelligent Assistant, on this site, and its replies. See section 4a.
- Service usage logs — technical logs from services we operate for you, including signal and order events needed to support and audit your setup.
- Technical diagnostics — error logs and performance data used to keep services running.
2. What we never ask for
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your broker password, API secret, two-factor code, OTP, or payment card details. Anyone requesting these while claiming to represent Simplifyed is not acting for us. Report it to [email protected] immediately.
3. Why we use data
To deliver the services you have purchased, secure the infrastructure, process billing, improve reliability, and provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Analytics
We use privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics to understand which pages are useful. It records page views and interaction events in aggregate. It does not use advertising cookies and does not build a cross-site profile of you.
4b. The optional tracking cookie
Separately from the aggregate analytics above, we ask — once, in a banner — whether we may set one cookie that records which pages you visit on this site. If you accept:
- The cookie holds a random identifier and nothing else. It lasts a year.
- We record the page path, the referring page, and the time.
- If you later give us your name and contact details in the chat assistant, that browsing record becomes linked to you, so when you ask us something we can see what you had been looking at instead of asking you to explain.
- Records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
If you decline, no cookie is set, nothing is recorded, and anything previously collected under an earlier acceptance is deleted. The site works identically either way. We do not use this for advertising, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not share it.
To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
4a. The chat assistant
Before the assistant will talk to you it asks for your name and an email address or phone number. We use this to recognise you when you come back, to tie a conversation to any enquiry or order that follows, and to reply to you outside the chat. We keep a count of how many times you have started a chat and when you were last here. If you would rather not identify yourself, the contact form, the FAQ and the rest of the site need nothing from you.
Your name, email and phone are stored in your browser so you are not asked again on your next visit. Clearing your browser data removes it.
What you type into the assistant is sent to a third-party AI model provider, acting as our processor, in order to generate a reply. Please do not put anything into it you would not put in an email — and never your broker password, API secret, OTP or card details (see section 2).
Conversations are stored on our own server so we can answer follow-ups and check the assistant is giving accurate answers, and are deleted automatically after 90 days. Your browser holds a conversation identifier for the current tab only; it is not a tracking cookie and it disappears when you close the tab.
The assistant can be wrong. Nothing it says is investment, legal or tax advice, and prices are confirmed at checkout, not in chat. If you ask it to, it will pass your enquiry to a person along with the name and email you give it.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the business — hosting, communication and billing vendors — under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
6. Data security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we will not claim otherwise.
7. Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, auditability and dispute resolution.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and contractual limits. Write to [email protected] from your registered email address.
9. Third-party services
Brokers, exchanges, cloud providers and integration platforms have their own privacy terms and their own handling of your data. Review theirs separately — this policy covers only what Simplifyed does.
10. Policy changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
11. Contact
For any privacy request or concern, email [email protected].
Note on this document. This wording is a drafting aid and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed by a qualified Indian lawyer against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and any other applicable requirements before it is relied upon.
