2. Subscription Cancellation
• Cancellation by User: You may cancel your subscription to Simplifyed at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your access to the App's paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remainder of the subscription period, as all fees are non-refundable.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings if you do not wish to continue with the service.
3. Service Cancellation
• Performance Based Model: For users participating in customized strategies under the performance based model, cancellation of the service will stop the strategy from being applied in future trading activities. However, any fees due on performance already enjoyed (after accounting losses) will still be charged and are non-refundable.
• One-Time Services: Any one-time services purchased from Simplifyed cannot be canceled once the service has been initiated. All fees for such services are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Simplifyed
Simplifyed reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription or access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, Simplifyed may consider cancellation requests for a refund if:
• Service Disruption: A prolonged disruption in our services significantly impacts your ability to use the App.
• Technical Errors: A technical error on our part results in incorrect billing or service delivery.
Any cancellation requests based on exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment date. Simplifyed will review these requests on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made will be final.
6. Modifications to the Policy
Simplifyed reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the App, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
