Payments and Refund Handling

1. Monthly Services

Charges for elapsed service periods are non-refundable.

2. Project and Development Work

Completed milestones and accepted deliverables are non-refundable.

3. Usage-Based Charges

API and infrastructure usage already consumed is non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate billing or verified billing errors.

5. No Trading-Outcome Refunds

Refunds are not provided for strategy underperformance, market losses, or missed profit opportunities.

6. Request Window

Billing-related refund requests should be raised within 14 calendar days of payment.

7. Review Process

Approved refunds are processed via original payment method, subject to provider timelines.
