3. Performance Based Model Fees

For strategies based on a customized performance based algo strategies:

• Payment Conditions: Fees are only charged on the performance of the customized strategies after accounting for any losses.
• Non-Refundable: Once charged, these fees are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, Simplifyed may consider refund requests due to exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Service Disruption: A prolonged disruption in our services that significantly impacts your ability to use the App.
• Technical Errors: If a technical error on our end results in an incorrect charge.
